    Bad experience, never again. My wife and I had dinner here with another couple on a recent weekend night. The food was unappetizing and over-priced, the service was glacial and ungracious, and the restaurant was noisy and full of cigarette smoke, even though the web site states this is a smoke-free property. When we arrived the hostess could not locate our reservation and only reluctantly seated us. It was another 30 minutes before a waiter took our dinner orders, and about 30 minutes more for our salads to arrive, which were OK but nothing special. It was another hour after that before our entrees arrived. Mine looked like it had been reheated and certainly tasted that way - I could not eat more than a few bites of it. My wife and our friends also had disappointing entrees. At that point we were all fed up with the place but it took another 45 minutes for the check to arrive. We were glad to leave and I had to have my coat and hat cleaned to remove the cigarette stink. Not up to Hilton standards. For the same price there are plenty of great restaurants in Santa Fe (15 minutes away at highway speeds) where one can have a delightful experience.

    We arrived for our reservation on time,however it took almost a full hour to recieve our meal. Our waiter was great! However, Once both of our steaks arrived they were cold. We sent them back and asked if they could warm them up. This place has an open kitchen so we watched as our plates were recieved and being prepared again. We could see the guys in the kitchen walking by looking at our plates laughing and smirking at eachother and looking back at us. This was a very uncomfortable feeling coming from someone making our food! The main guy actually warming it up turned and looked right at us and laughed. Once our plates were returned to us, he looked again at his coworker, then at us and had a terrible look on his face. We got up and walked out... we did not feel comfortable eating after there watching them act like that, considering the price of the menu. I called the manager and was of no use to us. He supported his kitchen staff, and said he encourages his staff to have a good time, which I can understand. However the food shouldn't be served cold and they shouldn't laugh once the food gets sent back. This was totally unprofessional for a Hilton employee!!

    The waiter was great!! The food was not worth the money!!!!!!!!!!! Food was cold so I sent it back, then it came back over cooked!!! They could use an executive chef that can run a kitchen!!!! Manager on duty USELESS!!!

    1st night we went we were put on the back burner a little but the food was amazing! Nathan came to the rescue and his customer service was phenomenal. He is the sole reason we returned to this establishment. However, the 2nd night we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged upon arrival. Hostess Brenda should be fired! Her customer service was HORRID! She continued to question if we were getting food or drinks, when we told her both, she said we weren’t allowed to order drinks. Then she told us they were completely booked. Then a few seconds later she said she would see what she could do. Immediately after saying that she walked us to a group of empty tables. Food is great but her service was unacceptable for the type of establishment she is working for. Try McDonalds hun!

    My family and i had a great experience. Our wait staff was kind and attentive, Our food was nice and hot and had great flavor. Overall great experience. 5 stars for sure.
